• We use Stripe as our payment system.
• We accept most credit and debit cards from both US and international banks.
• All our prices are in pound sterling. If you're ordering from abroad then your bank may charge a small conversion fee.

• Our prints have a smooth, high glossy coat for a beautiful shine. Supreme High gloss professional media. We only send out the best quality for our customers.

• In order to get you those prints you love as fast as possible, a majority of our system is completely automated and begins right when you submit your order. Because of this we can only accept cancellation requests within one hour of placing your order. Thank you for understanding.

Proofs are sent to your email address. Please add our email to your filter list otherwise it might end up in the spam folder. Please check this if the proof is not in the inbox.

If you have a certain question regarding changing title, changing color or something we could add to the image, please contact us and 99% of the time we should be able to meet your needs.

If you order has being marked as dispatched, please allow few days from the dispatch day for delivery. If you don't receive the delivery, please do contact us and we will try and accommodate your needs. Also Orders over £12 are sent with tracking number which you can come to our website and track the status of your delivery.
